$18-26/hour (3rd Shift, either 5PM or 8PM to finish — start time depends on the season)

Job Summary

The Production Worker performs tasks involving physical labor in producing prefabricated concrete walls. The position may operate a variety of hand and power tools and may build forms, assemble stud cavities, pour concrete into forms, finish concrete, and remove walls from the forms and place them onto trailers.

Essential Job Functions and Duties

Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in building prefabricated concrete wall.

• Break Down beds
• Take Apart window and Door attachments
• Measure and mark beds
• Get certified / Run over head crane if interested will train if no experience
• Run trailer unhooking panels from crane, scaping panels, strap down trailers, etc.
• Clean beds scraping, sweeping, oiling and closing bed doors
• Ensure safety is good
• Run switcher truck

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Able to read a tape measure within 1/16th of an inch.
• Able to communicate with co-workers.
• Previous concrete work experience preferred.
• Able to shovel, rake and handle other small tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
• Teamwork Orientation.
