About GLSW

For over 20 years, GLSW has served Michigan and northern parts of Indiana and Ohio. Our precast foundation walls steadily gained a market share as a trusted business in the construction industry. There are now thousands of Superior Walls foundations supporting homes and businesses throughout Michigan and the northeastern United States.

Superior Walls systems offer energy efficiency, building strength, and maintenance-free care for above-grade structures. The walls improve on building standards, value, and living comfort for little to no extra cost compared to conventional construction methods.

Changing Times Require Innovation

More and more stringent energy codes have become the norm, and the Superior Walls system is poised to meet industry demand. These walls are a cost-effective solution for builders who must meet the codes while striving to stay solvent. Our products come as an R-12.5 wall system with a built-in stud cavity prepared to take on additional insulation. Superior Walls are an outstanding alternative to traditional poured walls and additional stick-framing.

Customized For Your Build

We also offer stamped and stenciled finishes to the exterior face of the wall panels. This optional process gives our walls yet another edge over traditional poured walls. These finishes offer the architectural aesthetics of brick, stone, stucco, and slate without the price tag or time constraints associated with the real thing. Whether we’re building for a residential or commercial project, GLSW has the capacity, knowledge, and experience to deliver a dry, warm, and cost-effective wall.
